In 2024 the theme for the Met Gala was "The Garden of Time". J Cellan Design set about creating an immersive interpretation of this theme by having a hand painted mural installed over one of the Pierre hotel's mirrored arches in the lobby accompanied by a custom hand built "Tree of Time" placed offset to the mural to give a 3D effect of walking out of the painting into the hotel where the "Tree of Time" stood for all passersby to admire and appreciate.
